Miami-Dade Public Schools Homebound Hospitalized Instructional Program

We collaborate with the Miami-Dade Public Schools educational program to ensure that children who are hospitalized or receiving care at home continue their education. This program provides continuous academic instruction tailored to each child’s needs and abilities, ensuring they do not fall behind in their education.

Follow-Up with Primary Doctor and Specialists

We coordinate and provide continuous follow-up with the child’s primary care doctor and specialists. This ensures consistent and comprehensive medical care, with all aspects of the child’s health being monitored and managed effectively. We facilitate communication between all care providers to ensure families are well-informed and supported at all times.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE PPEC PROGRAM?

Medically fragile children with complex medical conditions requiring skilled nursing care and children who are unable to have their needs met by a typical school or daycare, and/or do not need to be in a hospital.

Services Are Covered 100% By Medicaid

Our staff will handle all the registration requirements and process for your child’s approval. We also accept insurance and private pay.
